This facility would receive raw beef product from a USDA slaughterhouse or processor that would be further processed on site to create specialty value added products.
This processing facility would serve an existing demand for meat processing in the region, provide additional product opportunities for local farmer/producers, and create new local small batch products
We also provide independent livestock hauling from your ranch to our processing plant where we will also provide the services you need for both small and commercial use.
